Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unused, with all original tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or defective.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

To request a return, please contact us at gencay@lunaandlace.com. We will provide the return instructions and return address where applicable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
